Document Portal Redesign

Enhanced UX for better user performance and client communication, as well as adding interactive features.

Background

B-Trust is a B2B2C outreach platform that enables you to create digital processes that combine information collection (digital forms or scanned documents), signatures, and biometric identification.

The document portal enables our clients to reach out to their end-users and to manage documents with them. We tested the recent experience of the portal with users and redesigned a better user experience.

I was responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and Figma prototypes, micro-animation and the design system.

The Research

We added a survey button at the end of the process and waited a month till we received a wider picture of what users need during their interaction with the portal.

Based on the user’s feedback, I posed 2 main goals to achieve:

  • Add task communication capabilities to connect both sides
    and reduce the usage of phone calls.
  • Add system gestures and micro-interaction to Emphasize user actions.
  • Add badges for new tasks and comments to improve user performance.
